[2023 edition] Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais | Brazil

At the turn of the year from 2023 to 2024, Pública did the artistic direction and script for the largest drone show ever held in Minas Gerais. The project was developed and executed in partnership with Festa da LUZ and MIR Estúdio. There were more than 420 points of light operated by Lumasky, recreating the animations designed by MIR Estúdio.

[2024 edition] Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais | Brazil

Following the success of the drone show at the turn of 2023 to 2024, Pública, together with MIR Estúdio, brought two new spectacles with 400 drones that illuminated BH's sky on the city's birthday, December 12, and on New Year's Eve. This time, the drones formed images of symbols from Minas Gerais culture, especially celebrating cheese, which had its production method recognized as an intangible heritage of humanity by UNESCO. The project had great repercussions in the press and social media.
